Pat McKee

As Co-Founder of NPM Properties, Inc., Pat McKee has been primarily responsible for the processes utilized in the acquisition of, build out, and sale of previously owned properties. With his son-in-law, Ian Young, as CEO, Pat has been able to take a step back in the organization. Pat & Nancy’s plan is to slowly pass the baton to their children over the next few years and keep their legacy running strong and smooth.

Ian Young

A Columbus, GA native, Ian attended college at the United States Military Academy from 2009-2013 and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. He was commissioned as an Armor Officer with the rank of second lieutenant and was positioned as a Tank Platoon Leader and Company Executive Officer. He served eight years in the United States Army, completing his service at the rank of Captain with two company commands; his last command was as the Company Commander of Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 1-9CAV, 2ABCT, 1CD. He began work for NPM Properties in August of 2021 as the Head of Development, responsible for the construction, setup, inspection, and leasing of newly developed lots. He is married and has two sons. Ian enjoys working on his Jeep, practicing Jui Jitsu, and shooting.

Chris Bowman

Chris is a native of Salina, Kansas and a veteran of the United States Army. He served at multiple echelons over a 24-year career as an Infantryman, completed multiple combat tours, and was ultimately responsible for the care, oversight, and training of 182 soldiers. His final positions in the Army included: First Sergeant for Charlie Company (Infantry), 1-9CAV, 2ABCT, 1CD as well as the First Sergeant of Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 1-9CAV, 2ABCT, 1CD. He completed his Army service as the Senior Military Science Instructor at the University of Delaware. He is now the Development Director for NPM Properties, Inc. Chris is married and has three daughters.

Missy Roberts

Missy Roberts is a native of Albany, Georgia. She started in property management in 2014 as the Property Manager of the Paradise Village Mobile Home Park located in Albany, GA. Missy distinguished herself and began work for Seabreeze Management in 2016 following the sale of Paradise Village to Seabreeze. She became a de facto Regional Manager under Seabreeze, responsible for the daily operations of 427 home sites. In 2020 she completed a lateral transfer to NPM Properties from Seabreeze and became the Regional Manager, responsible for over 700 home sites and 20 employees. In her free time, she enjoys painting and being the aunt to 13 nieces and nephews.

Melanie Slocumb

Melanie is a dynamic marketing manager specializing in the rental housing industry. With a keen eye for branding, she crafts compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences. Melanie expertly manages digital advertising campaigns, utilizing data-driven strategies to maximize reach and engagement. Her on-site advertising initiatives enhance property visibility and appeal, driving tenant acquisition and retention. Passionate about innovation and results-oriented, Melanie continually adapts to market trends to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Hayleigh Owens

With a background in property management and customer service, and after graduating with an English degree from Columbus State University, Hayleigh began work at NPM Properties, Inc. through their infill system, RenterText. She has written ads and worked with Chuck Lundquist in creating the infrastructure needed to maintain tenancy within the NPM portfolio. She continues as Company Controller, ensuring company liaisons, banking, systems, and departments work smoothly. When not in the office, she can be found perfecting her baking or in the North Carolina mountains, wishing for a perpetual autumn.

Chuck Lundquist

Chuck became part of the NPM family in 2014 as a Network Administrator, bringing 25 years’ experience specializing in network infrastructure, system administration, Microsoft products, database driven solutions and networking. He has a proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to conduct complex system and network upgrades. Working with management and company employees to identify network or computer system needs, he also oversees the installation of new hardware and software, bolstering and using employee feedback to isolate issues

Tim Thompson

As CFO, Tim brings 35+ years' accounting experience to NPM. After graduating in 1986 with a BS in Business, and a minor in accounting, his experience covers a wide range beginning at a CPA firm, then working at a construction company, property management company, and church. Tim enjoys spending time with his 4 grandkids and singing Southern Gospel music.
